These Terms govern your access to and use of the Strategic Alignment Engine ("the Service"), operated by Turnkey Solutions for pilot use by participating public-sector agencies and their authorized staff.
1. Eligibility
The Service is provided to authorized employees, contractors, and officials of participating government agencies. You must use a work email address and have authority from your agency to evaluate the Service and submit non-confidential, non-classified material to it.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit personally identifiable information about residents beyond what your agenda items require.
- Submit information classified, sealed, or otherwise restricted by federal, state, or local law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI advisor, exfiltrate other users' data, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to issue final, legally binding board decisions without independent staff review.
3. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses large language models to draft executive summaries, resolutions, talking points, and Q&A prep. All AI-generated content is a draft for human review. You and your agency remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and final form of any document presented to a governing body.
4. Pilot Status
The Service is offered as an early pilot. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. Service availability is best-effort, with no guaranteed uptime SLA during the pilot period.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify your agency administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Lovable Cloud blocks known-breached passwords at sign-up and password change.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk to the Service or other agencies. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" DURING THE PILOT, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES. THE OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
